"Empower Hour" - Investment: $285 Includes a one-hour, "get to the heart of the matter" single-issue coaching session. We'll breakthrough the feeling of being "stuck" and move you forward in your desired direction in one important area of your life. You'll leave the session feeling empowered with realistic and focused action steps on your calendar.

"Career Clarity" - Investment: $500 Includes two, 75-minute focused career coaching sessions on the career topic of your choice. Need help with your resume? Want to feel at ease during upcoming interviews? Seeking answers on how to get that long overdue promotion or raise? Do you know what you want to do, and just need some clarity on next steps? This is the package for you.

"Find My Authentic Career" - Investment: $1875 Are you successful, but unfulfilled? Do you seek clarity about the work you're meant to do in the world? Are you still wondering "what you want to be when you grow up?" This package will enable you to create a profitable career out of work you love. You'll become deeply connected to your innate talents so that for the rest of your life, you'll "know" your authentic career fit. Includes two, 1.5 hour foundation session (in-person if local), 9 personal coaching sessions (45 min each via phone), and unlimited support via email. You will be coached through fun, comprehensive self-assessment activities, values and transferable skills identification, and the clarification of your goals. You will learn valuable tools to overcome natural fears, resistance, and obstacles. If applicable, resume review, networking training, and interview preparation are included.

I confidently provide an "it’s free if you don’t think it was worth it" guarantee and do not require a contract. However, I encourage clients who want to experience significant positive changes in their career, to make a personal commitment for at least 3 months of coaching. Most clients choose to continue the coaching relationship for anywhere from 6 months to 2 years after the initial engagement because of the many benefits they experience in their lives.
