This individual desires to wake up each day with joy and wants to honor their deepest values through their profession. What differentiates you from other coaches?
I believe that the most important thing is that you experience the benefits of coaching. If I'm not the ideal fit for you, I will happily recommend you to others. Choosing a coach is much like choosing any other relationship and great "chemistry" is the key. That said, I have over 14 years experience in career development in all types of organizations, and have helped over 1600 people through career transitions. I have built companies, lead successful teams, and have found a passion and niche in helping organizations and individuals through corporate change (I call this STORM Coaching™ - Sale, Transition, Outplacement, Reorganization, and/or Merger Coaching.)
I am certified as a Career Transition Coach, and an active member of many professional coaching, entrepreneurial, and consulting organizations to stay current, connected, and educated. I read and write about these topics daily, and speak about them often to educated, discriminating audiences (with rave reviews).
I provide valuable resources, ideas, and activities to get you where you want to go with more ease and more fun. I've been there, and want you to benefit from my hard lessons learned.

Do you use standardized tests or assessment tools?
I do not administer standardized tests and personality assessments. I believe you are a unique human being and cannot be "standardized." Although assessments can be helpful in certain environments and can provide a framework for discussion, my approach is not mechanical and does not rely on tests. If a client specifically requests programs or instruments such as the DISC or Myers-Briggs, I recommend other trusted consultants who are certified in these tools, and build on the results in a coaching environment.

Do you offer a guarantee?
I confidently provide an "it's free if you don't think it was worth it guarantee" on every session and do not require a contract.
How long would I need to work with you?
I encourage clients to make a personal commitment to themselves for at least 3 months of coaching. Most clients choose to continue the coaching relationship for anywhere from 6 months to 2 years after the initial engagement, because of the many benefits they experience in their lives.
What are your fees?
I offer cost effective programs and provide the same quality of service you'd find with at large corporate firms, at a fraction of the cost. Coaching services can typically be customized to meet your specific budget and needs.
I am experienced, certified, and have a proven track record of success helping great people accomplish great results. I guarantee my services and am confident that you will experience a substantial return on investment on both personal and professional levels.
The investment for Individual Coaching ranges from $125 - $250 per session. Corporate Leadership Coaching rates range from $250-$500 per session.
